- COVID-19 Public Health Emergency Expiration
May 11th, 2023, marked the end of the federal COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) declaration.
The United States mobilized and sustained a historic response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a nation, we now find ourselves at a different point in the pandemic – with more tools and resources than ever before to better protect ourselves and our communities.
As this PHE declaration ends, we have started spinning down our COVID-19 Emergency Response in Blanco County. Over the past several months, the demand for the services which we have proudly provided for 3 years has dramatically decreased.
With COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations widely available in our community, we are encouraging citizens to reach out to their primary healthcare provider for assistance with testing or vaccines.
However, if we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at (844) 868-8308 Option 1.
